3.3 Failed Transactions

Each license can be activated on the number of devices specified in your purchase. Deactivation and reactivation may be required when changing hardware.

GRAPHISOFT, Archicad, and related trademarks are the property of Graphisoft SE. We are an authorized reseller and not affiliated with or endorsed by Graphisoft SE.

8. Account Responsibilities

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and graphiarchicad.com regarding the use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements.
